A three-cornered collision occurred in the St. Clair River Rapids yesterday afternoon between the propeller FULTON, towing Whaleback barge No. 134 and the propeller CITY OF LONDON. The barge was driven on the bank and some of her plating was badly stove in. The CITY OF LONDON also was damaged.
