Marine Notes. -- The police of the patrol boat ERASTUS C. KNIGHT yesterday found the little steam yacht SENATOR beached in the Watson elevator slip with a hole in her side and partly under water. It is said that the boat has been used to carry non-union men and supplies to the breakwater fleet. She was owned by E. Trowbley, 272 Bristol street and had been moored Saturday night at the Evans slip.

Rascally Deed Of Crowd Of Young Men For Whom Police Are Searching.
A crowd of young men for whom the police are now searching stole a naphtha launch belonging to E. Trombly of 272 Bristol street from its moorings in Thornton and Chester's slip, east of Erie Street last night and after running it about for several hours scuttled the craft early this morning and sent it to the bottom abreast of the Watson elevator docks.
The police were appraised of the theft and were searching for the boat when they learned it had been sunk. Half a dozen men from the patrol boat were sent to the scene and after considerable difficulty succeeded in raising the launch. Detectives have descriptions of several of the men involved and a search is being made for them.
