Capt. Evans of the revenue cutter ANDY JOHNSON recently rescued the barque CECILIA, of Chicago, stranded on the south end of Manitou Island. The vessel and cargo were valued at $40,000 or more. This makes the 20th vessel rescued within two years by Capt. Evans .
