Port Rivers: (Ryerse), Canada, Nov. 19. -- The bark WINONA, of Chicago, with wheat for Buffalo, is lying off this port in a disabled condition. The steamer NORFOLK went to her relief, and brought the captain ashore, who has gone to Buffalo for a tug.
The WINONA was badly damaged by colliding with the propeller NEBRASKA.
