The prop. BUSINESS collided with the schr. I.N. FOSTER at Cleveland on Thursday, carrying away the schr.'s jibboom and otherwise damaging her. The propeller lost her cat head and suffered other injuries to sails, stanchions, etc. The difficulty occurred in a sort of blockade and the responsiblity will be hard to place.
