The new schooner barge INTER OCEAN with her first cargo from Chicago, which grounded at the St. Clair Flats on Saturday morning, succeeded in getting off on the evening of the same fay, and passed down on Sunday forenoon in tow of the tug SAMSON for Buffalo.
