ACCIDENTS. -- Detroit, Sept. 14. -- Tug ANNIE DOBBINS arrived today, with the schooner P. B. LOCKE, coal laden, which struck the reef at Detour on Saturday evening, and was beached to prevent sinking. She was pumped out by a steam pump and brought here for repairs. The barge JENNIE LIND, is aground at the head of Herson's Island. Tug QUAYLE is working at her.
