ACCIDENTS IN THE HARBOR. -- Yesterday afternoon the scow "D.R. HOLT" and the schooner ELIZABETH JONES, both towing, came together at Lake Street bridge, the HOLT losing her jibboom and the JONES having two ugly holes stove in her stern above water mark. The bass relief, a beautiful eagle, on the JONES' stern is ruined, one of the wings being carried away.
