Detroit, June 2. -- The steamer CITY OF DULUTH is hard aground on Graham's Reef. She is out 18 inches forward and 2 feet 6 inches aft. The cargo of general merchandise is being lightered.
Early yesterday morning she ran aground on Point Betsy but succeeded in releasing herself.
