The Storm of Wednesday. - Among the vessels which grounded while entering the harbor in the gale of Wednesday was the schooner SCOTLAND with a cargo of wheat. She lay for a time exposed to the action of the waves, thumping on the bottom, so that when she was got off it was found she had sprung a leak. She was run up into shoal water, where all effects to keep her clear proved unavailing, and she filled, wetting about 6,000 bushels of wheat and making a heavy loss. The vessel and cargo belong to Messrs. Carrington & Pardee - wheat partially insured.
