The brig S.F. GALE, Capt. Osier, got aground on Monday morning about 3 o'clock in a snow storm, on Point Abino. The Capt. came to Buffalo and returned with a tug to haul her off. They worked all night, and having thrown overboard some 2,500 bushels of corn, succeeded in getting her off without damage to the vessel, about 3 o'clock on Monday morning (sic), and she reached Buffalo at 6 o'clock. Capt. Osier says that as he came down he saw the brig GREYHOUND and the schooner ORION, both bound down, aground on the Flats.
