Ogdensburg, May 22. -- The steamer W. B. MORLEY, which stranded on Hinckley's Shoal, below Cape Vincent, on Sunday, was released last night by a wrecking tug from Kingston. The tug PROCTOR worked at the steamer all Monday, but failed to release her.
      The MORLEY was slightly injured. She was on her way from here to load coal at Buffalo.
