FIRE DAMAGES ORE CARRIER UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
      Firemen and shipyard workers fight fire in the stern of the giant ore carrier ROGER BLOUGH at Lorain, Yesterday. The ship, the largest built on the Great Lakes, is in the final stages of construction and was scheduled to start her sea trials next month. Four men were unaccounted for and at least 15 were treated for smoke inhalation.
