The scow MARY & LUCY collided with the scow M. WILCOX while the latter was lying at anchor opposite Hibbard's Mill, Port Huron, last Sunday night. The WILCOX lost her jib-boom, bowsprit and part of her head gear. The MARY & LUCY had her fore sail badly torn, but she suffered no other damage.
