Detroit, Sept. 18. -- Wrecking Master Harris W. Baker, secured the contract for raising the steel barge PELLATT, which sank at Lorain last Thursday, and left Saturday for the scene of the wreck with his steamer SNOOK. He will fofferdam the boat, whic is loaded with 1500 tons of stone, and expects to have her afloat in four or five days.
