Sault Ste Marie. Sept. 9. -- The Canadian Steamer BALTIC, bound from Clooingwood from the Sault, got off her course in the gale Friday night and went on the rocks off Clapperton Island. The boat is badly damaged. The crew and passengers escaped to the boats.
