The steam barge THOMSON KINGSFORD was sunk in collision with the steam barge SAXON on Tuesday at Belleville, Ont., near the Stone Mills. The KINGSFORD was loaded with lumber for Oswego and the SAXON was light. The KINGSFORD was struck with great force and sank almost immediately.
