Description
Full Text

The steamers BUTTIRONI and CUBA were in collision in Saginaw Bay Monday forenoon at 10 o'clock, the weather being foggy at the time. The boats struck each other on the bluff and the port bow. The BUTTIRONI's planking was broke down to the waterline, but the leak was stoped with a canvas patch. The CUBA, upbound, had 17 frames broken and otherwise extensively damaged.
