Bay City, Mich., Nov. 2. -- Word today from the barge BUCHARD, which went ashore near Point Lookout Monday night, says the owner thinks he will abandon her. The BUCHARD was built at Huron in 1847. She measures 160 tons, and was worth about $2,000. She had on a load of stone.
