Detroit, Mich., Nov., 12. -- A west gale has been blowing since 4 p. m. yesterday. The schooner DAVID VANCE is aground at St. Clair River, near the cut. The steambarge GLASGOW and all three barges are hard aground on foot of Fighting Island. Also the steambarge NEVADA and barge are ashore at the same place.
