Schooner MAY RICHARDS. U.S. No. 91283. Of 511.14 tons gross. Built 1880. On October 7, 1906 stranded on North Bass Island, Lake Erie with 6 persons on board. No lives lost.
      Loss of American Vessels reported During Fiscal Year, 1907


Lake Barge MAY RICHARDS. Of 511 tons. Built at Cleveland in 1856 by Moses. Rebuilt 1880. Owned by Richards estate. Home port, Manitowoc. Value $16,000. Class A 2½. REMARKS. -- Rebuilt on bottom of propeller SUSQUEHANNA
