ACCIDENT TO THE STEAMER WHITBY. -- The Canadian steamer WHITBY, bound from Hamilton to Toledo, with a cargo of barley, put into Port Stanley in the late gale, and when backing out of the harbor, grounded on the bar, breaking her screw and damaging her rudder. -- oswego Times
