Ore Carrier Fulled Free MORRISTOWN, N.Y. (AP) -A Canadian cargo ship that ran aground at Skelton Island in the St. Lawrence River Friday night was pulled free yesterday and floated to McNair Island, opposite this village southwest of Ogdensburg, N.Y., for an assessment of damage. The John E. F. Misener, a 636-foot-long, 19,000-ton vessel, was crippled shortly after 8; p.m. Friday while heading into; tine Great Lakes. The ship was transporting iron ore. Seaway officials said the vessel was unloaded Saturday and freed at about 6.30 a.m. Sunday by tug boats. Skelton Island is about 1,000 yards from the Canadian side of the river, near Brockville, Ont.
