Rogers, heads out of Toronto harbor yesterday morning for Port Colborne on Lake Erie where it will be loaded with 1,200 tons of stone. It will be towed west to Nanticoke where it will have tanks flooded and then be grounded to form part of three-ship breakwater which will create sheltered waters for Canadian Dredge and Dock Ltd. to dredge channel and turning basin for ships delivering coal to the Ontario Hydro generating plant there. Afterwards, ships will be refloated and sold for scrap.
