New Vessel. - Ald. Rogers, will lay the keel, in a few days in his ship yard of a new vessel to be built for Messrs. W. Lewis and Capt. Charles Parker, which is to be launched about the first of September. She is to be clipper built, and brig rigged, and of the following dimensions: 120 feet keel, 25 feet beam, 10 1/2 feet hold, and will carry 15,000 bushels of wheat through the canal. It is expected she will be one of the finest specimens of sail craft on the Lakes. Ald. Rogers, we understand, will also commence one or two other vessels. - Palladium.
