The Detroit River (and shorelines on both sides) was involved with security and emergency response activity during this exercise. Seventy-five different agencies - Canadian and American - federal, provincial, state and local - all joined together for two days of international exercises in "cross-border security, mass rescue, oil spills and mock marine disasters.
