The large and beautiful brig, built and owned by Mr. Hagadorn, of this place, was launched, according to previous notice, on Thursday afternoon last. The day was fine, and a large concourse of citizens and strangers assembled to "witness the pleasing scene, rich with a thousand associations, glowing in perspective." She slid handsomely from her resting place, amid the plaudits of a multitude, into the waters of the Fox; and arm-in-arm with the noble steamer Pennsylvania, the "Rocky Mountains" was gallanted to the mouth of the river. She is, we understand, under the command of Captain Vary. -- Wisconsin Democrat.
