Asa B. Centre, Nath'l Davis, Wm. Durant, Alex. M. Muir, Noah Brown and John Mead, have given notice, that they intend to apply to the legislature, at their next session, for an act of incorporation, in the name of "the Lake Erie Steam-Boat Company, with a capital of $76,000."
