The steamer Arundell made her first trip of the season to 1,000 Islands Monday. She left Charlotte on time and ran into a fog, but reached Sodus Point per schedule. She is a fast boat and safe. General Passenger Agent Robert Maxwell, one of the best fellows that ever lived was aboard the Arundell Monday. Mr. Maxwell is a very competent official, and to him much of the success of the summer traffic is due. He expects the travel this summer will be heavier than last, as the Pan-American hurt all summer resort business. The trip to 1,000 Islands on the Arundell is one of the great enjoyment. It must be taken to be appreciated. Many Sodus people and residents of this vicinity will make the trip this summer.
