Local Marine. The barge Swift, owned by the Nessen Lumber Co., has been laid up at the Sturgeon Bay Dry Dock. Considerable new work will be done on the craft consisting of a new stern and a general overhauling during the winter. Capt. Hans Hanson will winter here to superintend the work.
