Around the Chain of Lakes. Contractor Wm. H. Gillen completed his work at the north harbor pier, Milwaukee, Saturday afternoon, several days before the time allowed him. His force has been at work on the job all summer, and it was predicted a month ago that Mr. Gillen would be unable to finish this fall.
