Around the Chain of Lakes. The Nessen Transportation Co., recently organized by J. O. Nessen of Manistee, Mich., open up the new passenger and freight line between Milwaukee, Manistee and Ludington, on Saturday night, when the steamer Manistee (formerly Alice Stafford) left the Cream city port on her first trip.
