Gathered in the Local Harbor. Frank Lemere who last week took an examination for master's papers before the inspectors at Milwaukee, secured a license for second class pilot good for 100 tons master's for Green bay and west shore of Lake Michigan as far as Milwaukee. He will command the steambarge Addie Wade when she is again placed in commission.
