Gathered in the Local Harbor. The tug Mae Martel, Capt. Ferd. Topel, made the run from Green Bay city to this port on Friday in exactly 4 hours and 20 minutes between wharves. She took the stone-laden barge Baldwin back to the Bay with her on the following morning, returning here again Monday. The tug returned to the Bay Tuesday, taking back with her the old boiler and engine of the tug Sylvia, which has been purchased by the Waggoner & Roulette line and will be used by them for cleaning boilers, etc. The tug came back after the Baldwin Wednesday evening. The after end of the Martel is in charge of Engineer Mark Holt, sr.
