Appeal From the Decision. A paragraph in one of the Milwaukee papers states that the owners of the steam Cecilia Hill, whose passenger license was recently revoked by the government steamboat inspectors, will appeal from the decision to the supervising inspectors, and if the decision is sustained by them will replace the Hill by the steamer Ottawa, which last spring ran between Baileys Harbor and Manitowoc carrying freight. Inquiry at the dock here brought forth the statement that nothing was known of the matter.
