Around the Docks and Bay. The steambarge Albert Soper will receive a new boiler during the season of inactivity as well as to have some extensive repairs and alterations made to the engine, which is to be compounded among other things. The work is to be done at Manistee and her owner, N. J. Nessen, intends to put at least $6,000 into the improvements.
