Gathered in the Local Harbor. The little tug Harriet M. will be a new boat when she leaves the ship yard. She has had new frames and planking put in from keel up and now she is receiving deck-beams, decks, topside planking, rails, etc. She was likewise heavily ironed off from stem to stern.
