Gathered in the Local Harbor. Diver Purdy on Sunday examined the bottom of the tug Smith for the purpose of locating a leak that was giving more or less trouble, but as repairs could not be made without docking she was put on the boxes at the shipyard Monday for this purpose and the work done.
