Full Text

Gathered in the Local Harbor. The steambarge Louis Pahlow, Capt. John Higgie, was docked at the shipyard Thursday of last week for the purpose of having a new wheel put on the old one having been broken while turning around in the river at Nahma by striking some unseen obstruction. The new wheel was of the Sheriff pattern, while that taken off was a Trout. The barge, Delta, Capt. John Bates, consort to the Pahlow, was also put on the boxes for calking and searching. Both were released Friday and resumed their northward journey.
