Door County Advocate (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 8 May 1893

Description
Full Text

A diver was employed during the past week in moving a part of the stone lying at the bottom of the bay opposite the quarry of the Washington Ice Co. These stone were dumped by the steambarge Pewaukee two years ago and as they laid right in the channel the obstruction was a constant impediment to those boats taking on cargo at the pier.
