Judge Seaman on Monday rendered decision in the Butcher Boy collision case, giving the owner of the tug Spalding judgment for the full amount of claim. The case has been in court for the past three or four years and grew out of the collision between the tug Nelson and Butcher Boy off the canal in September, 1889. The amount involved, including costs and other disbursements, is about $2,000.
