Around the Great Lakes. Green Bay, Wis., dispatches announce the completion of the super-structure of the new light-house at Long Tail point. Two brick walls are to be built around the outside of the substructure, each wall to be 5 feet 8 inches in height and the two being separated by a space of 5 ½ feet, which will be filled with solid concrete. The outside wall will be faced with an iron frame for protection against ice.
