Captain Matt Hourigan has presented John S. Parsons with an oil painting of the old canal schooner Oliver Mitchell, which was made for him years ago by Mahoney, the artist. It shows the schooner leaving the port of Oswego with the lighthouses in her wake and the tug Navagh after having made the return to port. It will be added to Mr. Parsons; marine gallery.
