The steamer Dundee passed down on Tuesday night.

The schooner Katie Eccles arrived from Charlotte with coal for the cotton mill.

The schooner Ford River, from Erie, is discharging coal at the hosiery mill.

M.T. Co.'s elevator: tug Emerson from Montreal, three light barges, cleared for Montreal with two grain barges; tug Bartlett will arrive tonight with the barge Quebec, grain-laden, from Port Colborne.

At Swift's wharf: steamer Toronto, east and west on Wednesday; steamer Caspian down and up; steamer Rideau Queen cleared for Ottawa Wednesday morning; steamer Olcott from Oswego Wednesday afternoon.

The barge Katie H., owned by the Quebec Transportation company, will go into Davis' dry dock on Wednesday for general repairs.

The barge Ceylon was brought from Montreal on Tuesday night by one of the tugs of the M.T. Co.
