p.8 Releasing the Hecla - Thomas Donnelly was in the city, on Tuesday, from the scene of the wrecking operations which have been in progress at the steamer Hecla, aground on a reef in the St. Lawrence river, below Alexandria Bay, N.Y. The leaking has been stopped and the steamer jacked up, and will be ready for hauling this week. The steamer Saginaw was to go down on Tuesday afternoon.
