p.1 Misc. - David Andrews, captain of the steamer Oswego Belle, was arrested in Toronto on Friday morning, charged with having caused an obstruction in Picton harbour.

p.2 Sad Accident - fireman caught in machinery of str. Prince of Wales, and dies.

p.3 An Omission - about yacht racing; Royal Canadian Yacht Club rules.

Excursion - to Tidd's Island near Gananoque on tug Elswood; it towed str. Princess Louise to Kingston.
