Enterprise - Captain Donnelly, of Garden Island, has just returned from Montreal where he took the propeller City of St. Catharines and placed her on the ways for repairs. The Captain is about to send his steam pumps, diving dress and hawser to Lake Erie to take a hand in the fall wrecking up there. Having tried for some time, without success, to induce the Government to bring about reciprocity in this business, it is to be hoped that protection will be afforded to those Canadian wreckers who are enterprising enough to go into the competition. Capt. Donnelly at all events, is determined to have as large a slice of the Western business as he can lay hands on.
