Marine News - As soon as the tug McArthur (now on her way from Quebec) arrives, she will proceed to Lake Erie in charge of Captain John Donnelly, who will take with him a complete fit out for wrecking purposes, consisting of a steam pump, diving dress, wrecking hawser, etc., to be in readiness for any disaster that may occur on this roughest of all the lakes.
