Marine News

The schr. Sybilla is ashore at Adolphustown.

A telegram from Presque Isle says the schr. Edward Blake, laden with salt from Kingston to Chicago, is ashore there. Messrs. Calvin & Breck have been asked to send a tug and pump up to the rescue.

In the harbour this morning the schr. Neelon, in beating out past the harbour, missed stays and had to drop anchor to prevent going ashore on the shoal. She was towed out of danger this afternoon.
