The schr. Brooklyn went ashore last night at the foot of Wolfe Island. Captain John Donnelly, with the tug Chieftain, went down this morning and hauled her off.

Mr. Thomas Donnelly, of Garden Island, master of the Prussia, sails for England on Monday next to complete his nautical eductation at the Government School at Bristol.... hoping to obtain master's certificate.....
